
Citrix wanted to create some early awareness in the market about the upcoming XenDesktop product. Since it was too early for field sales and marketing, the goal was to create a web-based destination where Citrix could provide a peek at the upcoming product to interested parties. In order to avoid prospects getting lost in the larger Citrix website with its multiple product destinations, a separate XenDesktop microsite seemed the perfect solution.
